I understand that STH MyChart should never be used for urgent health care matters. If this is a medical emergency, please call 911 immediately or go to the nearest emergency room.
To set up a passkey, you must be logged into MyChart. After you log in, navigate to Account Settings and then choose Manage Passkeys for more information.
Proxy Access (Family Access)
You can use your STH MyChart account to request access to medical records of family members – or invite them to access yours. This is called proxy access, and some limitations may apply. For more information, log in to your account and navigate to Request Family Access from the menu.
